Summary
Magneto is losing himself to his plans for domination and Charles is finding the balance between his personality and Onslaught after accepting the entity as part of himself. Their friendship has reached the proverbial fork in the road, but the question remains, can they find the road not taken?
The Onslaught saga concludes, roughly combining XMFC, X3 (mostly through the appearance of Phoenix plus a few other points), and the Onslaught comic arc. I'm not the best at summaries, but hopefully that's intriguing enough.

Summary

It’s a formidable journey, to say the least, and they’ll need all the help they can get. Including what’s offered from a certain god of mischief and mayhem, grudgingly seeking his absolution. 3rd in the Invictus series, sequel to Greatest Creations and Mother’s Two Good Eyes.

He's a psychic entity trapped within Charles' mind...until he becomes a lot less trapped.

Following Cuba and the Onslaught debacle, Erik is still with the X-Men. But with the opening of Charles' school and the government’s acknowledgement of mutants, Erik and Charles realize some differences can't be overcome. Now they have to navigate the thinning line between friend and enemy, an increasingly difficult task once Erik starts devoting his full attention to the mutant cause. To make matters worse, Onslaught wants a say in things.
