Summary
Five years ago, Thor's Chitauri army decimated the Earth. Now what's left of humanity lives in bases under the Earth's surface, safe from the toxic atmosphere. Tony likes to think that humanity's adapted pretty well. After all, they have movie nights and dances; they're doing better than could be expected. But when he learns that the little world of safety and stability they've carved out is about to be slowly but surely destroyed, the New York Underground is left with only two options--fight or flight. Tony knows which one he wants. If only Steve weren't on the exact opposite side. Meanwhile, Natasha wants whatever option will save Clint, Pepper wants whatever option will save the base, Maria Hill wants whatever option will save everybody, and nobody's exactly sure who Loki's trying to save, but everyone's hoping it's more than just himself.

Summary
The second time it happens, it’s still pretty funny, mostly because Steve’s… situation actually comes in handy, due to there being an honest-to-goodness unicorn involved (something about dimensional travel? Steve’s still just on the space chapter of A Brief History of Time). It turns out that the mythology about unicorns liking virgins is true, though their preference for virgin women is not.

There's a minor explosion, and a lot of pink light, and then Loki pops into view, cackling evilly. And they're all thoroughly unimpressed, except for what happens after. Tony's hand slips into Steve, and it's an unconscious gesture, his thumb stroking over the inside of Cap's wrist, and Loki says, "I wouldn't go much further than that if I were you, Iron Man."
Loki curses the Avengers so that if they have sex, they die. Cue minor chaos, Thor learning ballet, crème brûlée, and lots and lots of sexual frustration.

Summary
In which once again, littleblueartist and I delve back into the world of Post-Battle of New York Clint & Natasha. When we last saw our heroes, Natasha had left Clint in a hotel room in Whitecrest, New York, after helping him finally shatter the remaining hold the Tesseract and Loki had on him. Both agents are emotional wrecks, convinced their respective monsters have destroyed their chance at happiness with each other.
For those who asked us to make sure that we continued the story and gave them a happier ending - here's the start of that road. They have some distance to go.
Writing with littleblue is possibly one of the best parts of my day and I hope you enjoy what we've done as much as we've enjoyed doing it.
This is a collaborative RP that has been edited together to read like a fic. Any edit issues are mine, not hers, so bitch at me. We're not finished the story (not sure we ever will be, to tell the truth) but we have enough to start posting.

But Stalag III isn't like any of the other POW camps he's been in. He suddenly finds himself facing an impossible task: Getting two-hundred and fifty men out of the camp in one massive escape attempt. And dammit if he's not going to make it work.
