Summary
“He would talk to you, you know,” Tony called after him. “If you’d let him. If you treated him like a person sometimes instead of a threat.”
Clint paused, that one hitting home. He deserved it. Maybe they all did. But the truth, too, was important, and that’s what Clint gave Tony as he turned to give him one last look before leaving for his rooms:
“He is a threat, Tony. And the quicker you and he get to accepting that, the quicker this torture can end.”
In which Tony, Bruce, Clint, Pepper, and others have to face reality, and don't like how it looks.

Summary
The battle of New York was a turning point for the entire planet – but especially so for Bruce Banner. This is a unique chance for him to find the Hulk a place in this world. It is a staggering hope, but unrealistic as it sounds, it might just come true.
And then his hesitant plan turns out to be too successful. Everyone including the Avengers apparently expect the Hulk to take his turn in the spotlight. But the more Hulk thrives, the more Bruce withers, and nobody seems to notice or care. When Loki extends a hand to him, he is fully aware it is a trick – but he has got nothing else to hold onto.
The Avengers realize just a bit too late how royally they screwed up. The sharp-sighted, ever-watching Hawkeye cannot blame himself enough for not having seen this disaster coming. Can they still be saved from Banner ?
Do they even deserve it ?
(The story is set right after the 2012 Avengers movie with slight EMH dynamics thrown in the middle. Updates every two or three days !)

Summary
As the Avengers slowly grow closer to each other, they begin to notice some oddities about their resident gamma expert, oddities that he is not even aware of.
Prompt from tumblr user pushingcrazies: What if Bruce also had some of the more traditional (if there is any such thing) DID personality types/archetypes. Obviously the Hulk is the Protector Archetype. What if Bruce also had a child personality, or a punk personality, or….I dunno, I’m trying to think back to my psychology class and when I used to watch United States of Tara, but I’m coming up blank on some of the more common personality archetypes. But you know what I mean.
And, like, thanks to the Gamma radiation, each personality type would manifest itself in a physical variation of Bruce.

Sometimes, understanding a god is actually more dangerous than fighting one.
(Or: In which Tony figures out something important about Loki's motivations, Loki is only marginally less dangerous as an ally than as an enemy, and the Avengers may have to handle a new threat that they're entirely not prepared for.)

Alternative Therapy with Dr. Bruce Banner by notbeloved07

Summary
Bruce is pretty sure a therapist wouldn't help his client synthesise the main compounds in chocolate at three in the morning. Just like he's pretty sure exposure therapy does not mean trolling cosmology conferences and hacking SHIELD's files about wormholes. And when they say pets help with anxiety, they don't mean pet Hulks. But hey, he did say he wasn't a therapist, didn't he?
Or, in which Bruce Banner knows about breathing exercises for panic attacks and grounding techniques for flashbacks, but as far as therapy goes, that's pretty much it. But if Tony refuses to get an actual therapist, he supposes they can make do with what they have.

IRON MAN 3 SPOILERS, INCLUDING IN SUMMARY
Set after the post-credits sequence. Extremis is the good stuff, or could be. It takes a village, or at least your friendly neighborhood rage-monster-slash-MD and genius-billionaire-engineer to work through some of the implications. Turns out it's not so easy to wipe out the past, especially when the past comes complete with a big ol' crater in the chest.

Summary
After the events in New York, Bruce has been plagued with nightmares. Do they mean anything? Is the Hulk growing stronger inside the Doctor's head? What is happening within the team? Non-slash. Mainly Bruce centered, although it becomes more Loki focused as the story progresses (double plot, whew!).

Summary
Now Tony, just Tony, is alone, has been alone for two weeks, and they've kept up with the beatings and the torture just because they can and somehow he's still expected to build their missiles and Tony is just so done. So tired.
He wants to be free.

"Howard's son?" Here Steve has this painfully hopeful face, like he can finally connect with his past in some small way. Fury has the grace to look at least subtly sympathetic.
"Died in Afghanistan in 2008," he says gruffly. "Prisoner of war until the place blew up. There wasn't much left of the body."
"I see." He's trying not to look crushed, really he is. "So what was the mission you needed me for?"
For a moment Fury looks grateful for the subject change. "There's some hooligan gallivanting around in a tin suit, blowing US property up in Eurasia. I need you to find the bastard, take him down, and bring him to us."

Tony is carrying his inhaler again, Natasha's resentment of her parents grows each day, Clint's been acting weird whenever someone mentions his brother, Thor is barely eating, and Bruce is quietly falling apart. Steve can't help but feel like they're hurtling towards the edge of a cliff with nothing to stop them from a freefall.
