Inspired by Mervin's sporking of The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner, specifically the fact that Meyer failed abysmally to give Bree her own voice and make her a sympathetic character (as opposed to being Bella's Mini-Me). I've also used Bree's character sheet in the official guide to fill in the gaping holes that the Bree Tanner novella left open. Written for the TwiSpiteFic community on LJ.
