Summary
Belaza was angry with her father for selling her to the B.E.A.S.T. in order to settle some old shipping debts, but mostly she was frightened--frightened of what her life would be like on the space station, of the empty corridors and the lonely days, and, more than anything else, frightened of the B.E.A.S.T. itself, the Biomechanical Electronic Ahuman Sentience Transfer which was responsible for all of the station's functioning.

Summary
Beauty grew up in a box. He divided himself. How could he know who he was, unless he undid the wrapping? / Beauty is a black, gay, magic using (but not abusing) man with a texture fetish and a knack for roses. Beast doesn't quite know what to think (but he kind of likes it). Mom is mom and therefore awesome.
