In which Earth’s most reclusive non-heroes find themselves working together to stop the apocalypse. Two hunters and a handful of angels (plus one reluctant demon), a Time Lord and his companions, and a detective and his roommate against the legions of Heaven and Hell combined, a master criminal with a distaste for life, and a Time Lord so far gone past cuckoo he’s almost sane again - what could possibly go wrong?
