After the debacle in Shattrath involving a trollish conman and some missing evidence, Jadaar escapes to Azeroth to lick his wounds and contemplate his failures after being drummed out of the only job he's ever wanted. Unfortunately, he doesn't run far enough to escape the author of all his woes.

Summary
When Asric finds himself somewhat unexpectedly reunited with Jadaar, he's not sure if his life is about to get better or worse. Regardless, they need to get out of the middle of this frozen war zone and into somewhere civilized. The only things standing between them and the relative safety of Dalaran are angry vrykul, inclement weather, scheming Forsaken, local wildlife, past mistakes, and each other...what could possibly go wrong?
