    The Meta's mind has always been an enigma. We've only had glimpses of the personality that dwells underneath the armour. What is Agent Maine's past?
    How did he become the Meta? And more importantly; how did Agent Washington convince the Meta to work with him to obtain Epsilon? It couldn't have been as simple as calling him on the phone....or was it?
