Although most buddies surely would not be the Egyptian god of funerals. Nico met the god a while ago, after he left camp and went solo. Anubis has always had fondness for the children of Hades/Pluto, so they soon became friends. It's been a while now since then. They start talking and the conversation turns sort of revealing.
