A collection of OTP-related fics with prompts taken from here. The fics will explore various themes and various AUs. Mostly Charles/Erik in XMFC, but that is subject to change.
[I've tried to tag the pieces in general with everything that applies, partly to show how I approach the individual themes and partly to cover as many trigger warnings as possible. If I miss anything, please let me know and I'll do everything I can to tag accordingly.]

Summary
Professor Charles Xavier is pretty hopeless when it comes to his wardrobe, and his family and students take it upon themselves to get him onto "Not Wearing That You Won't" as a guest. Fashion consultants Emma Frost and Erik Lehnsherr forcibly put him on the path to becoming as sleek and stylish as everyone knows he can be. For Erik, this episode's taping is going to be the most challenging to survive yet.

Summary
Years later, Charles would remember that day. Sometimes he would wonder if he could have changed anything; other times he would despair over what he had since become. But he would always hold the image in his mind: Raven, laughing, and his thoughts flying alongside her on strong wings, silver-gold through the winter air. Once upon a time.
More details, if desired, here. (Spoilers.)

Summary
The emperor stands out in his purple toga and beard, of course, but it's the youth at his side, wearing a tunic in the Greek style that bares a powerful shoulder, who catches Magnus's eye. The sunlight flashes off the gold jewelry at his neck, wrists, and bicep when--Magnus swears--he inclines his poppy-crowned head towards Magnus. His blue eyes, artfully accented by cosmetics, go just slightly wider, and his red mouth, matched by the crimson of the poppies in his unbound brown hair, tilts in what might be a smile.

Summary
“You see over there,” Charles follows the direction of Azazel's hand as he points to the bar, where Erik and Logan are in the middle of a heated argument. “Those two, they will be at each others' throats all night. That is their way; they've been competing over everything since they were roommates in first year university. Erik gets a bike, Logan gets a bigger bike. Logan sleeps with a sorority girl, Erik sleeps with sorority twins. And now they will spend the entire night fighting over you, my almost brother-in-law.”
Based on the prompt: Can I get a modern-day AU with Logan and Erik both smitten with and pursuing Charles, using whatever sneaky, underhand and devious, ruthless tactics they deem necessary to get one over on the other? I'm thinking something lightweight, funny and screwball-comedy, not angsty.

Summary
Charles is kicked out of the Westchester manor by his mother claiming he needs to learn “independence” and be truly on his own for the first time in his life. Heeding Sharon, he moves into a one-bedroom apartment in a building owned by superhusbands Tony and Steve Stark-Rogers, attempting to find a job and become a self-sufficient young mutant. With time, he comes to be acquainted with the building’s varied occupants and deal with the suicide of his sister Cassandra and his brother Martin running away from home years before the start of the story, along with his own depression and the turmoil-heavy times as mutants fight for their rights and say in government. Along with the apartment, comes the guardian cat statue, Ghost, and the out-of-body dreams he has many nights, during which he meets the spirits of the dead attached to the building or its residents.
Furthermore, Charles meets his grouchy upstairs neighbor, Erik Lehnsherr, who he finds himself falling in love with despite the man’s constant rebukes and scornful attitude toward monogamy. In the midst of Charles’ journey toward true independence and self-discovery, his brother’s surprise arrival threatens his progress and any further growth.
