They've set up a peaceful government, where submissives who can't find a dominant partner will be matched with someone who the government has deemed trustworthy, but one of their number happens on a girl, Éponine Thenardier, who was almost sold against her will by a government-approved auction houses. Enjolras decides to go undercover and determine where the root of this corruption lies.
