Matthew Bellamy alias Strife was the lead hit man of a mutant reaping circle that killed the rich to give their organs to the poor. Yet the betrayal of his partner Dominic, an undercover Eurasian agent, led Matthew to his demise by stripping his mutant abilities. Seven years later, Dominic asks Matthew to take down The 2nd Lab. Project e-NTR0PY has been relaunched - an operation that involves seizing mutant children. Matthew agrees to help only, because his nephew is targeted, and his city is at risk. If Cydonia City burns to the ground, then Strife will go down with it.
