Summary
Dean lived in the town of Lawrence, which was in Kansas, a land in which anything could happen, and often did - especially when the Witch of the Waste got her dander up. Which was often.
As his younger brothers set out to seek their fortunes, Dean stayed in his father's Auto Body shop. Which proved most unadventurous, until the Witch of the Waste came in to buy a car, but was not pleased. Which is why she turned Dean into an old man. Which was spiteful witchery.
Now Dean must seek his own fortune. Which means striking a bargain with the lecherous Wizard Castiel. Which means entering his ever-moving castle, taming a red fire-demon named Crowley, and meeting the Witch of the Waste head-on. Which was more than Dean bargained for...

Sherlock has been harassed for years to get a familiar, so when he finally does crack and get one, he chooses the most obscure animal he can get his hands on. He never expected the bat to make such a huge impact on his life, but now that he has John, he's starting to realize just how quiet his life is. He would do anything to have a friend, but of course he's not going to admit that to anyone.

Bilba has (too much) hair, books, the clothes on her back and a Tower to call home. Her Mother, caretaker, guardian, et cetera, all rolled into one, is the only person she knows. For the most part, Bil thinks that she is content like this, in her Tower with a balcony, seeing the world from 30 feet above. Sometimes, though, she aches to know the world, see landscapes she's only read about, talk to all those people she knows live out there, read all about the magic Mother refuses to let her know, but this is against the rules and Bil doesn't like being left alone.
When Thorin, nephews Fili and Kili, find her Tower while lost, something in Bil changes and maybe, just maybe, she will leave her Tower and Mother behind.

Summary
A somewhat cracked-out urban fantasy AU of "Sherlock" in which Vampire!Sherlock and Werewolf!John fight crime (mundane and supernatural) and find true love (with each other, of course). Despite the name, this 'verse isn't identical with the Being Human universe in its rules and setup, but really, how could I resist that title?

Summary
After being away for a year long mission to prove his dedication to the young prince, Pitch has finally returned. However instead of the warm homecoming he expected he is forced to watch as his lover is taken by the Nightmares while defending the village children. Now Pitch must once again leave his home to go out into the wilds and find Jack and free him from the spell the Nightmares have placed on him. To help him he'll have a a flighty Fairy Godmother, a strange silent golden man, a violent toymaker and a judgmental woodsman. He does not have high hopes in succeeding but he'll be damned if they won't try.
Jack meanwhile must try to gather proof of Wonder, Hope, Joy and Faith while helping Pitch when he can. They only have twelve full moons before the spell is complete and Jack fades entirely. Will they make it?
