As I explained this to a former reviewer, I figure that Private's more used to urban areas, rather than rural ones, since I think he's from London or some such city in England and then he moves to NYC with the team. The actual response was, “I've always pictured him as being from a more urban area than a rural area, and the Team lives in NYC, so freaked out Private it is. Any water bigger than a pond/large pool/small lake that he can't see the other side also freaks him out.”
