Clark wakes up and finds out something has changed on the timeline and he's Bruce's lover. His memories remain unchanged, so he doesn't know what changed or who changed them, but he's not too keen on his new relationship. Bruce notices Clark is not the one he remembers, and together they try to fix the time-stream, knowing that by changing it they will bring it back to the way Clark remembers it, and in the meantime, they fall in love again. They fix the time line and that present disappears. Clark must decide if he goes to his time-line Bruce after that or returns to his normal life.
