The Exile a takes place in my Merlin AU timeline, Tales of the Blacksmith's Daughter. The story follows Guinevere and Arthur as they start on two divergent paths after her banishment.Guinevere as she struggles to build a new life for herself in the fictional city of Wyeledon and Arthur as he begins to understand what it truly means to love a handmaiden.

Who should read The Exile? If you were dissatisfied with Gwen's banishment and want a bracelet reveal,if you want an independent Gwen, if you want back stories for the knights, for Elyan to be a real character and an exploration of he and Gwen's relationship, a more confident and mature Arthur, dynamic OCs, romance, adventure and some action you should read The Exile all of that's in there and much, much more.
