Scientist Arabella French has never been fond of Dr. Rush, for her own set of very viable reasons. However, her abilities put her in a position where she needs to work with him in order to keep the Destiny in good working order. The longer she's around him, the more she realizes that they might have more in common than she thought.

As their relationship edges to a breaking point, she realizes that in many ways, looking at Dr. Rush is like looking in a mirror- seeing a reflection of what she will become if she continues down this path. Is it possible for them to change?

I am altering the timeline just a bit. Namely, the amount of time between the end of the "Air" three part and the beginning of "Darkness" has been increased.
