Description:

NOT TECHNICALLY A SERIES! (See Notes).

An epistolary tale. After the Quest, Fraser takes a new, remote posting in the Northwest Territories. He corresponds with Ray Kowalski (in Chicago) and Ray Vecchio (in Florida); meanwhile Ray Kowalski gets in touch with Stella Vecchio. Many letters are exchanged.

That is the land of lost content,
I see it shining plain,
The happy highways where I went
And cannot come again.

-- A. E. Housman

Notes:

Note: This work is tagged as a series, although it's really just the same story organized three ways. All three stories in the "series" contain identical text, but in alternative formats for your reading convenience:

1) A story containing all the letters among the four correspondents in chronological order, as one big chapter, "The Land of Lost Content."

2) A story containing all the letters among the four corresponents in chronological order, broken into chapters with each chapter covering one month, labled "The Land of Lost Content (Organized Chronologically, One Chapter Per Month)."

3) And finally, a story in three chapters, one for each separate correspondence: Fraser and Kowalski, Fraser and Vecchio, and Stella and Kowalski, labeled "The Land of Lost Content (Organized by Character Correspondences)."

There may eventually be bonus tracks and/or sequels. Stay tuned...
