Altair and his brother Desmond are military brats. Their father is a high ranking officer in the Navy and is gone a lot, their mother is an journalist who travels the world looking for the next big story. With neither of their parents home very often, even rarer at the same time Altair is tasked to raise his five year old brother, basically on his own. Not too easy when they're constantly moving around. The latest place their father had transplanted them in Seal Beach California in Altair's junior year of high school. Things become more complicated when Altair actually starts to have a life, things won't go over well if they have to move again.

I should probably put these all in a single story, but I'm nota ganna cause I don't want to make it seem like I HAVE to update them, which is the rut I fall into a lot. So instead I'm just going to put them all within the same AU. All the stories are stand alone and can be read without any context to the other shorts. It's cute and fluffy and omg Altair and Malik give me diabetes in this AU. So do Altair and Desmond... EVERYONE GIVES ME DIABETES IN THIS AU /sobs over cuteness
