Post-reintegration Grid. Alan and Lora are in charge, and Sam is happy to help from time to time while Quorra finds her feet in the outside world. But then Rinzler is found among the programs who survived the blast, Sam is forced to relive his father's fate as an accident leaves him digitized for good, and the third and final chapter brings back ghosts and grudges from the heart of the system.
