Sorry for my glacial response time here, but I'm so glad this worked for you! I initially started remixing something completely different, but then I came across this and Yusuf's anecdote about his sister jumped out at me and wouldn't leave me alone. I love the idea of Yusuf and Ariadne gradually becoming friends and this was the perfect excuse to explore that some more. And you're right, Yusuf does tend to get sorely overlooked. :)

Now I'm curious! What were you interested in remixing first?
I do love Yusuf and his friendships with the different team members, but I don't have a good feel for his character so I'm just as guilty of not writing him enough. In this story, I really liked seeing his thought pattern at work.
The werewolf verse, actually! My brain just kept twisting it into something too Twilighty for me to be able to live with myself. Nobody sparkled, though I'm sure Arthur would argue that his skin care regime is almost as good.
