    I'm so sorry about the lack of notification! It's probably because I chose a fic that wasn't on AO3, and I didn't remember to drop you an anonymous line at your journal. I'll chalk it up to baby brain, since I have a three month old. ^^;

    I'm happy you liked this! I loved the relationship that Zoe and Wash had on the show, and when I saw your original fic I immediately wanted to play with it. The little teaser of Zoe's grief at the end of the BDM became my headcanon that she was wearing her wedding dress for Wash, and that she would want to hang onto every little bit of their marriage that she could. That kind of poured itself into this mix.
