That was really nice. Sherlock was perfectly in character, and it just worked. I don't think Sherlock is as cold/heartless as he says he is--he says it, but it's not true, and there are so many fics that take Sherlock at his word, ignoring the unspoken signs that show that he does care, that he isn't heartless, and that's what I really appreciated about your fic. Sherlock is very much in character--a little odd, a bit different, but still human, and with emotions. It was lovely. Thanks for sharing (and if you post more in this universe, you've got a reader!)
