Comment on The Burning Question

  1. Ah, this was perfect. I loved it. I won't repeat everything I've said in earlier reviews for the sake of time but wow. /fangirl

    1. The Burning Question is a good book for John, to my mind. He's great in the massive shoot-out. I love that he's faster than the hired guns! But really, I was sort of cutting loose with Sherlock's skills in this one. It was a bit of a threesome with Sarah so determined to help Sherlock.

And I love the hair and summer coat. :)

      1. I love how protective John is. It's very true to the series as well - shooting the cabbie before he hardly had a chance to know Sherlock. That told us he's a crack shot too, so being a fast draw as well fits.

        1. Oh, The Burning Question is a romp! Lol! I did sort of couch meeting Lockton Holmes in there in the hopes people wouldn't hate me for not having killed off Sherlock's parents. But he's in his 20s in my stuff, Sherlock, and I figured they'd still be around. In this story, really, Sherlock is going at full stride. I find it very cool that he's able to do that. John. He's good for the confidence! And the gun fighting. You really need John for the gun-fighting. Besides... huge diamond!
