The advice seems to get worse as it goes; I was quite thrown by "flow experiences"! (I am now waiting to see if I can use this on a friend or colleague with a straight face.) I love that John seems to do virtually none of them in the spirit in which they were intended.
"Flow experiences" just seem so silly to me. I don't get how you're supposed to just go out and find them. And I think John is trying, gamely, but just can't quite get to the point where he can cope with the whole being-happy thing, you know?
I love Mycroft, so I'm glad you're enjoying him, too!
