Thanks so much for your vote of confidence. I knew a lot of the shippers wouldn't be happy, but I really wanted to tell the story of the romance that could have been and explore why it never was. You're right, there aren't enough stories where Us doesn't work and it's a sad relief when it's finally broken off, which is sad because that's just how life works sometimes. I'm so happy that you consider this story to be good enough to be included in the category, and I'm glad you enjoyed it.
