It will not be toooo much retribution, but he at least deserves a bit of a smack for it, imo.
Anya is going to level up so much in Tony wrangling, and as soon as she realizes she has an all access pass to this guy who knows Tony inside out it will be *fun*. Bonus because Charles will like Anya, while Erik's pretty ambivalent on Tony.
Yeah, basically Anya is Erik's daughter in canon and she dies at approximately age 5 to be his tragic spark to get out into the world and stuff. She doesn't even like... get to motivate him all 'I will avenge you!' she's just dead. It's not even a good fridging! And yes, comics are horrible with women in general, that's why I like taking them to fanfic.
People seem to be wary of them from time to time, but I've really enjoyed them and I think Tony's very true to his canon, at least, so even if he's a bit of an OC to you I get some metrics on him. There will be more to enjoy as long as my inspiration holds out - hopefully a long time.
