The boy fell back with that, chewing on it contemplatively. It took him a while to work up the courage to ask another question, but the man knew it was coming. They hadn't danced this little dance often, but it was increasing -- the boy was getting order, started to nick razors and magazines from every passing drugstore.
Must have been, what. Seventeen? Maybe? The man never asked.
