You may read all works posted to all subcollections from the main collection, or go to each year to read only the works in that year.
What types of media can I post? Right now the only media the Archive hosts directly are fic and individual userpics. However, you are welcome to add any of your podfic, art, fanvids, fanmixes and filk that are hosted on other sites by embedding images and streaming video or giving download links in the body of the work. Currently you have to tag multimedia works as such to differentiate them from fic, but in the future the Archive will have multiple work 'type' options.
The AO3 will allow embedding from a limited number of sites - info on how to embed and what sites are accepted here. More info for vidders here, including where to host your vids.
