This is a collection of stories about death. All fandoms are welcome, and the story may be any rating, pairing, etc.

But the death in my story is supposed to be a surprise, so adding it to this collection will spoil it!!?

You can still choose not to display any archive warnings, and there's not any note on the story page itself about what collections it may belong to, just that it belong to X number of collections.

The only rule is that by the end of the story at least one character must be dead, and the death must be described/discussed in some detail.

For instance: a Star Trek story where a random redshirt dies and a whole bunch of other stuff also takes place does not qualify. But a story all about how he died would absolutely qualify.

Stories told from the point of view of the dying character where the death occurs immediately as the story finishes also qualify. So do stories where a death has *just* occurred as the story begins and is about the immediate reaction to it by others.
