Instead, he turns to an old friend to numb the feelingsVery much a WIP, and please be warned that tags will change (pairings/additional tags) as the fic goes on.
I'm aiming for one chapter per day (chapter lengths will vary but, after the first couple, will be longer).
I think this is going to end at 30 chapters (although that will total 32 including Prologue and Epilogue) but, as yet, I am not 100% certain. -

After falling into a hole, Sherlock wakes up in the capable hands of Bilbo. Sherlock tags along for the adventure and the story takes off from there.

Summary
Limited by a wheelchair, Sherlock works to figure out Moriarty’s mysteries and a new case. This time, all of London is in danger, and Sherlock has to solve the case before things go terribly wrong.
But he's distracted by thoughts of his past and some new emotions that he doesn't know how to handle, and the people he most cares about are running out of time.Lestrade receives an alarming picture in the email and begins to question Mycroft's actions. The one person he thought he could trust the most has somehow become his enemy.
