Summary
Story Summary:The Ashrak sent by Cronus gets to Sam and Jolinar before Teal'c and Jack can reach them. Jack suggests a sarcophagus the team found a few weeks earlier on a deserted world, although at the time it didn’t appear to work. Sam believed it would have, if a body had been placed in it. As Jolinar and Sam flat-line, and Dr. Fraiser can’t revive them, Hammond tells them to go. They take her there, and it does work when a body is placed inside it. It works fine, and Sam and Jolinar leave it fully revived. But Jolinar comes out of it with a few extra body parts. Parts that are now permanently attached to Sam. Modified by a long absent, highly advanced race, it has abilities far beyond reviving the dead.

Summary

Instead, a malfunctioning Stargate sent them to an alien planet, just in time for the yearly Spring festival. Unable to gate home, they are picked as the year's 'chosen couple' and forced to participate in fertility rites. As if that was not enough, the people on the planet discovers Martouf if not an ordinary human, but host to Lantash - a being from a species which they consider gods.

She agrees, but when she finally arrives, she finds that her father and Selmak are on a mission and won't be back for a week. Instead of having her return to the SGC, they appointed Martouf and Lantash to be her guide and "companion" until their return. After a couple of days, sexual frustration is beginning to tell on both of them...something is bound to snap...and it does.

Story Eleven Summary: Jacob and Per'sus join Martouf/Lantash, Malek/Devlin, and Daniel to discuss recent events and to make some decisions on the daily running of the base both during this crisis and after things have calmed down. Sam seems to be reaching another level in her healing and is doing much better. Once their visitors leave, Martouf and Lantash stay up in case she needs them, even though her fever appears to be fairly steady. When she wakes and finds them awake and near her, her need for them and them alone leads to some private time for them.
