Summary
While SG-1 and Martouf/Lantash visited P2X-586 to negotiate a treaty, a powerful storm hit. O’Neill, Daniel, and Teal’c made it safely back to the Stargate, but Sam and Martouf/Lantash were crossing a dangerous river when the cresting water washed the bridge away, and them with it. Sam awakens, wet and cold, and finds Martouf/Lantash unconscious and badly hurt. She carries him to safety, but their bad luck does not end there; the entrance to the cave they are seeking shelter in collapses, trapping them, with little food and water.

When they fled through the Stargate, leaving their enemies behind, Samantha Carter and Martouf/Lantash thought they would be going back to safety on Earth. Instead, a malfunctioning Stargate sent them to an alien planet, just in time for the yearly Spring festival. Unable to gate home, they are picked as the year's 'chosen couple' and forced to participate in fertility rites. As if that was not enough, the people on the planet discovers Martouf if not an ordinary human, but host to Lantash - a being from a species which they consider gods.

Story Summary: After several failed attempts to get time off at the same time so they could go on vacation together after Netu, Jacob asks Sam to come visit the tunnels for a month. She agrees, but when she finally arrives, she finds that her father and Selmak are on a mission and won't be back for a week. Instead of having her return to the SGC, they appointed Martouf and Lantash to be her guide and "companion" until their return. After a couple of days, sexual frustration is beginning to tell on both of them...something is bound to snap...and it does.

Story Twelve Part I Summary: Delek slowly regains consciousness. At first, he doesn’t remember anything. Not even, where he is or how they arrived there. Each time he slips in and out though, he remembers more. Soon, he understands where he is and what he has done. Sam is almost over her poisoning, so Malek and Lantash have gone to see if they can talk to Delek yet. Daniel stays behind with Sam and it is a good thing he did as someone else with evil intentions enters her room.
