Summary
It is said that the Leviathan is the gate through which the souls of the damned pass into Hell. A sea-beast so vast and terrifying that it had to be killed to prevent it destroying the world. A terrible demon that will walk the earth during the end of days, which will be slaughtered and served to the righteous as a feast.
Whatever it is, it doesn't sound good, and according to Ruby, it's been traveling in their wake for some time. Sam and Dean have bigger problems. Ever since Dean was rescued from the pit the brother's have been struggling to cling to the fraying bond stretched thin between them. The secrets they've been keeping from each other certainly haven't helped, especially when those secrets start to come to light. Sooner or later their rift is going to get too big to mend, but if they break apart they might just take the world with them.

Written for spn_j2_bigbang. Every member of the lore knows that shifters only mate with other shifters. When Jensen meets Jared, someone disconcertingly human, he reacts as if his body were on fire. But Jensen refuses to believe that Jared is his true mate. He’s already in a committed relationship with Danneel and Jared is engaged to his girlfriend Sandy. Factor in Jensen’s responsibilities as Prince and the rebellion he’d have on his hands if he chose a human for a mate, and any relationship with Jared should be dead on arrival. But the wolf in him doesn’t care about politics or existing relationships; it wants Jared, human or not. Further complicating everything is that Jared seems to be the target of humans, wolves and even the reclusive cougar clan. Could Jared be more than he seems?

Summary
Technically, Harley found the lizard (which was actually a dragon!) and Jared took it home because it was hurt (even though his mama had said no more pets). It was okay though, because Jared didn't intend to keep it. In fact, it had to have escaped from one of the government zoos (and having it in the house was probably dangerous), so Jared planned on returning it (but the dragon had plans of his own).
Featuring a (nearly) 17-year-old Jared, his family, and his family's pets (which include 2 dogs, 1 bird, 1 gerbil and 2 turtles) and Jensen as the dragon (of course).

These days, Sam is a freak amongst freaks and surviving the best he can as a latter day gladiator. Every time he steps into the arena, he doesn't know if he will live to see the next fight. As for Dean, he’s still out there and trying to make it back to his brother in one piece, which is sometimes a lot harder than he’d like it to be. It’s a long walk; so long sometimes that he doesn’t know if he’s walking to Hell or New Orleans.
