They're getting some ice cream from a well-known shoppe when a robber comes in and Rose is shot during the mayhem. Queue Rose death scene and the Doctor doing everything he can to save her even though he knows it's useless. Include the line: Rose never thought she would die from something as mundane as an ordinary gunshot wound. Happy writing! (;

First fanfic I've attempted, so comments and constructive criticisms welcome. I play Skyrim with a number of mods, so if something is different from the vanilla game that's probably why (other than dramatic license). Follows the Companions story line and Main Quest while trying to avoid the Civil War entirely, touches on the Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLCs then veers off into uncharted territory. Will update frequently as I've written this fairly far out ahead.
