After almost two years, Steve Rogers thinks he's finally got a handle on this whole "future" thing. Sure, the food and the fashion and the manners are different. Sure, he still hasn't quite figured out these smartphone things. On the other hand, his girlfriends - if that's even the right word - have enough tech savvy between them for any three people. No, Steve Rogers definitely has the future well in hand, and today he wants to celebrate with a trip to a ballgame at his old home stadium in Brooklyn.
The future can be a sneaky thing, sometimes.

Summary
What's going on between Pepper Potts, Toni Stark and Steve Rogers doesn't always make the most sense to him, especially with the holidays rolling around, but most of the time he doesn't seem to mind. It could be just having a place in the confusion of the modern world, or it could be all the really excellent sex. Still, something's definitely bothering Toni, and Steve means to get to the bottom of it and put a little cheer in the season.
He doesn't have any idea what he's letting himself in for, of course, but he knows that's usually how it goes with Antonia Stark.

Summary
Steve Rogers, Antonia Stark and Bruce Banner were strangers before they became part of the Avengers. Now they're something more than that - blooded in battle together, bonded by a shared experience they probably can't explain to anyone else and generally part of the same band of brothers.
Which is all well and good, except that neither Steve nor Bruce was exactly ready to discover that Antonia has ideas about the two of them which are not at all sisterly.

Summary
Two months ago, Antonia Elizabeth Stark went missing in Afghanistan. Not a single word from her has been heard since, and the vultures are starting to gather. Pepper Potts, left with the whole load of her boss's responsibilities, spends most of her time running from one crisis to the next and putting out fires. Not much time for thinking about where Toni might be or what's happening to her.
Which is probably just as well, considering, because if and when Toni comes back their neat and tidy little corporate world is going to come apart around them.
